TICKETS for CarFest, the UK’s biggest family fundraising festival will go on sale at 8am tomorrow.

The brainchild of radio presenter Chris Evans, CarFest takes place in two locations, including Bolesworth near Chester, across two weekends in July and August respectively, and has been described as the UK’s biggest village fete, with a mission to bring the true spirit of family to life.

The weekend is packed with activities for every member of the family, with next year promising more music, more cars and even more stars in attendance.

The 2020 events will also see CarFest continue on its mission to #GoGreen and achieve its goal of being 100 per cent carbon neutral on its primary emissions and will be the first UK festival to encourage visitors to offset their carbon footprint with a donation towards the planting of 1,000 trees.

CarFest, was created by Chris Evans in 2012 with the sole purpose of raising funds for UK Children’s charities has over the past eight years successfully raised over £16million for BBC Children in Need and its other partner charities. CarFest has donated 25 per cent of ticket sales direct to children’s charities each year, and Evans recently announced the festival’s aim to #DoMoreGood and raise £21million by 2021 to mark CarFest’s 10th anniversary.

CarFest North takes place from July 24t–26 at Bolesworth in Cheshire.
