A HOYLAKE community church will bring its 10th annual Christmas market to the town later this month.

Christmas with the Artisans will return to Hope Church on Station Road from Friday, November 22 to Sunday, November 24.

Visitors will be able to enjoy more than 50 stalls with locally sourced and created products from jewellery to festive bakes.

Youngsters will even get the chance to meet Father Christmas and enjoy a special storytelling grotto.

Organiser Jenny Dunlop told the Globe: "Christmas with the Artisans has been a great event over the years for people to come and get great gifts from local artists, makers, and creatives.

"Our Santa’s Storytelling Grotto is perfect for the kids, and our street food vendors and artisan coffee promises to cater for all."

More than 2,500 visitors venture to Hoylake for the special event every year to get in the festive spirit.

All money raised by the church from the event will go back to local charities and the community, specifically this year the Besom Charity and Ferries family groups.

The market is free to attend on November 23 from 10am to 4pm and November 24 from 1pm to 5pm.

A special preview evening will take place on November 22 from 7pm to 9pm and costs £5 - this includes a glass of prosecco and a mince pie.
