MASSIVE thanks to all the A&E staff who were working on October 2.
My youngest brother has complexed learning difficulties he is non-verbal and lacks some understanding.
My brother doesn’t access the community as he doesn’t cope well.
Early on Wednesday evening he dislocated his thumb.
We as a family were very anxious about bringing him to A&E due to his complex behaviours.
The A&E and X-ray team were amazing.
They understood and treated my brother and family with dignity and respect.
We were placed in a quiet room straight away and he was treated quickly by all the nurses and doctors involved.
My brother is unable to say thank you, but by the way he is still fascinated that his thumb is back where it should be he is massively grateful.
