A WIRRAL author will launch her latest book in the Constable Mavis Upton series at Waterstones in Liverpool ONE.
Gina Kirkham will hold the event for her newest novel Blues, Twos and Baby Shoes: The Further, Further Adventures of Constable Mavis Upton at Waterstones on Thursday, October 17 from 6.30pm.
A former police officer from Hoylake, Gina retired from Merseyside Police and signed to Urbane Publications in June 2016 to release her debut novel Handcuffs, Truncheon and a Polyester Thong.
The evening will include giveaways and refreshment with laughter and mayhem from Liverpool's own Shaun McKenna aka Lady Seanne.
Playwright and actor Lynne Fitzgerald will instigate a tongue and cheek Q&A session with Gina during the evening.
