A SEACOMBE man wanted in connection with a robbery has been been charged.
At around 12.45pm on Wednesday, February 20 two men had approached a man in his 20s near Birkenhead Park train station on Duke Street after allegedly arranging to sell him a bike.
The victim was punched before he had cash and his phone stolen.
Michael Medway, 20, from Priory Road, was circulated as wanted in connection with the offence.
Medway was arrested yesterday (Thursday, September 26) and has now been charged with robbery.
He was also charged with unauthorised taking of a motor vehicle and fraud by false representation in connection with separate offences.
Medway was remanded in custody to appear at Wirral Magistrates Court today (Friday, September 27).
