One of rock music's most recognisable faces was in Glasgow last night - and he was drinking like the locals.

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl was not long off the stage following a raucous set at Bellahouston Park when he was snapped with a bottle of Buckfast.

The former-Nirvana member had just played Glasgow Summer Sessions, with one of the supprot acts from Saturday night, The Van Ts, getting the momentous occassion on camera.

When asked by Chloe of Glasgow band The Van T's about the drink, Grohl said: "I wasn't going to say anything... but I wasn't going to leave the city without at least one bottle of this."

Foos played a two and a half hour set, with other support coming from Slaves, Frank Carter & The Rattlesakes, and Hot Milk, as well as The Van T's.

The show was the penultimate night of the Summer Sessions in the city, with The 1975 capping off three nights of fantastic performances next weekend after The Cure played on Friday night.
