This morning, emergency services confirmed that the localised flooding affecting parts of Cheshire has largely subsided.
There have been no reports of casualties, but a number of properties and roads have been affected.
Several roads were closed
The majority of roads have now reopened, although motorists are advised to drive with care as there is still a large amount of surface water in the area.
Some roads are still closed and motorists are reminded to abide by all road closure signs.
