'All think they have a divine right to use the cycle lane'
AS a regular user of the promenade it would appear that cyclists are in a no-win situation.
If they ride outside the lane they are in the wrong.
In the cycle lane they have to put up with verbal abuse from families with prams, children running loose and dog walkers.
They all think they have a divine right to use the cycle lane, the promenade is big enough for all factions to use, it just needs common sense to prevail.
