A NEW flight from Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LJLA) to the Black Sea Coast.
Wizz Air commenced their latest service from LJLA to the Bulgarian Black Sea resort of Varna on Wednesday, July 17.
The flights will operate three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
This service is Wizz Air's eighth route from Liverpool, adding to their existing routes to Warsaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Budapest, Bucharest, Cluj and Iași.
Paul Winfield, director of Aviation Development for Liverpool John Lennon Airport said: “We are delighted to see Wizz Air continue to grow their operations from Liverpool with passengers from across the North West and North Wales now having the opportunity to fly direct from Liverpool to summer holiday resorts along the popular Black Sea Coast.”
Varna is the largest city in Bulgaria and is popular with holidaymakers and has been described as the area's most interesting and cosmopolitan town.
