AS the end of term edges nearer, we wanted to give you the opportunity to say thank you to the teachers who have made a big difference to you and your child.

Whether it was staying until after the school bell to help them pass their exams or you just want to let them know how brilliant they have been before your child leaves for high school, we want to hear your thank you messages.

Keep scrolling to see just some of the messages we've had so far.

And if your child is leaving primary school this summer, don't miss our Year 6 Leavers picture supplement in next week's paper.

If you want to send in your thank you message, you can use the form at the bottom of the story.

Please make sure you include the teacher's name, their school and your child's name.

And for an extra special thank you, please include a picture of your child alongside your message.
