FOLLOWING a rare visit from the road sweeper, within a couple of hours the grass cutter appeared.
Are those in charge of their departments worthy of their posts?
Maybe their laptops can't talk to each other to arrange joint efficiency?
Of course not, efficiency is only a dream.
If you haven't got it - grass cuttings were sent everywhere!
