Anger at Prenton Dell flats development
NOW mainly open space the Dell pub and car park in Prenton is having a four-storey block of 28 flats built only a few yards from a children's playground.
The plans went through very quickly before the residents' association found out.
The architects doing the plans refused to give the sizes to the association.
Over 100 signatures opposing the development was ignored by the council.
Nobody in prenton wants this eye-sore built.
The planners, as usual, ignored the people.
