Arrowe Park Hospital
I RECENTLY needed emergency care at Arrowe Park Hospital.
I'm writing to sing the praises of every member of staff that my wife and I came into contact with.
From the consultant to the cleaning and catering staff, everyone made an unfortunate situation tolerable and even, at times, enjoyable.
Above all, the nurses on ward 20 were incredible and they looked after us, stranded as we were hundreds of miles from home.
As a nation, we are rightly proud of our NHS and I believe Wirral should be proud of Arrowe Park.
A week after my operation, I’m rapidly recovering at home and wish to pass on my thanks, via your letters page, to everyone with whom we came in contact.
