HESWALL restaurant Burnt Truffle is launching a brand new summer lunch and early dining menu.

To celebrate the sunshine the neighbourhood restaurant's new menu includes beer battered pickles and tarragon mayonnaise, burrata with charred tenderstem broccoli, romesco sauce and almonds.

Highlights include a 6oz dry aged beef burger featuring 24-month aged Comte cheese, beef tomato and homemade burger relish plus harissa spiced aubergine with strained yoghurt and a mixed seed crisp.

Regulars will also be pleased to see the Truffle and parmesan chips reappearing on the menu.

General manager, Cris Slocombe said: “The kitchen has been working really hard on the new menu and it has arrived just in time for the sunshine.

"Alongside some Burnt Truffle favourites, we’re looking forward to guests trying some of the new dishes that we’re really excited about.

"The burger is definitely not one to be missed…”

Guests will now also be able to enjoy the menu on the sun-soaked outdoor terrace from 12pm or between 6pm and 7pm.

The menu is available at lunchtimes or between 6pm and 7pm.
