'Need to do something about bike menace'
RECENTLY in one of the Sunday papers that noise abatement machines are to be introduced to combat traffic and particularly motor bike noise levels, with fines implemented for guilty miscreants.
This measure has been long overdue.
Every summer Wallasey is plagued by screaming, moronic idiots teaming around the borough unchallenged.
If fines don’t work, impound their infernal machines until they get the message.
