I REGULARLY walk along the promenade from Seacombe to West Kirby and witness countless cyclist riding at great speed in the designated cycle lanes.
However, kids, dogs and some elderly people often stray unwittingly into these cycle lanes.
I see lots of near misses. No doubt there will be a collision over the summer.
When that happens, at such high speed, there will be a very serious injury. Should there not be a cycle lane speed limit?
