A SPECIAL ladies lunch in aid of Wirral-based children's charity Stick'n'Step will be held next month.

A panel of exceptional and inspirational women will feature in The Live, Laugh and Love Yourself event taking place on Thursday, July 11 at Hillbark Hotel in Frankby.

Guest speakers will share their experience of managing a busy life and being kind to themselves too.

These include host Claire Simmo from Radio City, Judi Hastings, Body and Mindset Coach, Jo Forde, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Mindfulness Coach and Hatty Scaramanga, entrepreneur, yoga enthusiast and founder of Yoga-Pants.

The speakers at this event will be sharing tips and advice on how to overturn insecurity and self-doubt, reduce anxiety, build inner strength and improve life satisfaction.

The event runs from 12noon–4pm.

Stick 'n' Step - which provides free conductive education to children with cerebral palsy to encourage their confidence, independence and mobility - also has a centre in Runcorn.

Tickets, £45 each, include a drink on arrival, a two course lunch, a luxury goody bag, pop up artisan stalls, a raffle and a prize draw to win a piece of jewellery.
