WORK is now underway on eight new luxury apartments in Heswall.
Based on Brimstage Road, the scheme, called Carrington House from Blueoak Estates, will consist of eight two and three bedroom apartments and is on the former site of a detached home.
Each apartment will feature bespoke kitchens, underfloor heating, security systems and will benefit from lift access and off-road parking.

Iain MacLean, managing director of Blueoak Estates said: “We have worked hand-in-glove with Wirral Council to design a period-looking property that fits seamlessly into its surroundings.
“Great attention to detail has been given to the external features including chimneys, bespoke hanging tiles, balconies and private dedicated outdoor spaces overlooking the mature gardens."
All work it set to be finished in Spring 2020.
