POLICE have released CCTV images after a bike was snatched outside a Tesco Express shop in Neston.

A white and red Fuji mountain bike was stolen from outside the store at The Cross at around 3.30pm on Monday, May 6.

Enquiries into the theft are ongoing and officers believe the man in the CCTV image may be able to help with their investigation.

Police Constable Mike Wakeling said: “We believe that the man in the CCTV image may have vital information to help with our ongoing investigation into the theft of a mountain bike in Neston.

“If you think you recognise the man in the image or may know who he is please contact us.

“The same goes for anyone who believes that they may know where the stolen bike is.

“I would also like to appeal directly to the man in the CCTV image to get in touch.”
