Disgusted by overflowing bins
WITH the approach of the summer weather I was disgusted to find all public waste bins in Thingwall and surrounding areas full to overflowing on Saturday, June 1.
One in particular on the corner of Sparks Lane / Seven Acres Lane, Thingwall stinking with dog dirt!
What are we paying our council tax for?
Surely a waste lorry should be allowed to empty these foul bins regularly and avoid dog poo-bags scattered on the pavement?
