IN the last 12 months there have been 2,260 property sales across Wirral - but what homes are the most popular on the market?

Property website Zoopla has compiled the top ten most viewed properties in Wirral for the past 30 days - with the most popular being viewed 2,219 times throughout May.

The average house price in the borough is £221,691 while the average value of property comes in at £238,737.

Wirral's market is thriving with a 2.18% rise in house value change.

Annabel Dixon, Zoopla spokeswoman said: “We’re a nation that’s passionate about property, even if we’re not necessarily on the hunt to buy or rent.

"There are some real gems among the thousands of homes listed on Zoopla.

The cheapest popular property costs just £30,000 with the pricer offerings at £1,895,000.
