THERE'S an unmistakable sound of summer approaching, the screeching, screaming tacket from the moronic minority of scrambler bike riders.
They've been in hibernation for the winter but now they are racing around the borough with a vengeance, breaking the sound barrier as they go.
Are there not laws in place regarding noise abatement violations?
If so, they don't seem to be applicable to them at the moment.
They are a law unto themselves.
