FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze involving ten vehicles at a car garage in Hoylake.
The fire, which is believed to have been started accidentally, involved ten vehicles at a mechanic's garage on Carterton Road yesterday (Tuesday, April 9).
Six fire engines attended the scene at around 7pm and discovered a fire at the two-storey premises.
Firefighters used angle grinders to gain entry to the property before using hose reel jets to contain the fire to the ground floor.
Crews stood down at 11pm after damping down and ventilating the property.
No-one was injured during the incident.
