NEW luxury apartments in West Kirby have been shortlisted for a top property award.
Blueoak Estates' flagship development The Sail has been recognised as one of the 'most inspiring' residential initiatives at the RICS Awards 2019.
Located on the waterfront, The Sail comprises of eight apartments with panoramic views across the Dee Estuary.
