A MURDER mystery charity night in aid of Wirral Mencap will be

staged later this week.

Thingwall-based Sudden Death Theatre Company presents their whodunnit A Day At The Races - Murder Mystery on Friday, April 12.

It will be staged at The Joey's Social Club in Greenbank Road, Birkenhead.

Model making

WIRRAL branch of the International Plastic Modellers Society is looking for new members.

It meets next Wednesday at the Lever Club in Port Sunlight from 7.30 to 10pm.

Recital

THE choir of St James' church New Brighton will sing the cantata Olivet to Calvary on Good Friday, April 19 at 7.30pm in the church in Albion Street.

There is no charge, but donations to the church restoration fund will be welcome.

BEBINGTON oldies and goldies club meets every Tuesday afternoon from 1pm to 4pm.

WIRRAL Potters Spring Exhibition two-week exhibition opens at West Kirby Concourse runs from this Saturday April 13-27.

It will be open library hours but closed Easter weekend.

There will be a range of domestic and sculptural pottery from 15 potters on display.
