IS there no limit to this rapacious Labour Council's fixation with money-making machines?

Not content with fleecing motorists at any given opportunity around the borough, they have now found a new source of revenue: the general public, charging 30p a time to use the toilets.

So now, daytrippers visiting the resorts during the summer months have to rummage around for loose change, or use the free ones in supermarkets and pubs whenever possible.

The tenure of this present ruling council has been nothing short of disastrous to the Wirral public.
