THE footage of British paratroops using a poster of Labour Leader, Jeremy Corbyn, for target practice is a stark warning of the plots and undemocratic intrigues of the capitalist State to prevent Corbyn becoming PM.

The footage has been widely shown on social media, forcing an embarrassed Ministry of Defence to say an "investigation" will take place.

It is to be hoped this so-called "investigation" is not along the same lines as that conducted into British bombing raids in Iraq and Syria since 2014.

The MoD "investigation" there concluded that of nearly 2,000 bombing raids, 4,000 ISIL "militants" had been killed, and only ONE civilian!

Amnesty International, and other human rights groups, have rightly poured scorn on the MoD's preposterous claims of civilian casualties, which run into many thousands, both dead and injured.

The paratroops caught on camera firing live rounds at the head of Jeremy Corbyn are stationed in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, another country ravaged by more than 15 years of war, initiated by the US/British invasion in 2001.

Despite attempts by the military top brass to downplay the seriousness of what these Paratroopers were caught doing in Kabul, this incident is symptomatic of the hatred the ruling class and its top military have for Corbyn and Labour.

Within a week of him winning the Labour leadership election in September, 2015, the Murdoch-owned Sunday Times ran a front page story citing an anonymous "senior serving General" threatening "a mutiny" if Corbyn became PM.

This unnamed General was quoted as saying: "The General Staff would not allow a PM to jeopardise the security of this country and ... would use whatever means possible, fair or foul, to prevent that."

That is a clear warning and threat of a military coup against a Corbyn-led Government.
