FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze at an unoccupied bungalow in Pensby.
Emergency services were called at around 9.30pm on Saturday, March 23 to Rosemead Avenue following reports of a fire in a disused bungalow.
On arrival firefighters found a blaze in the kitchen at the back of the property.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus entered the bungalow and used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
No-one was injured during the incident.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service left the scene at 10.50pm.
It is believed that the fire started accidentally.
