Thieves broke into a holiday caravan and stole a rare oven worth £2,000 was stolen in north Dorset.
Police have launched an appeal after a Caledonian nipper stove was stolen from a caravan in Compton Abbas overnight between Friday, February15 and Saturday February16.
The force has now released images of the stove, which is described as rare with a value of around £2,000.
Police Constable Alistair James, of Shaftesbury police, said: "The caravan is used as a holiday let and [the stove] was still present after the last guests left on Friday.
"The caravan was broken into overnight and nothing else except the stove was stolen.
"I am releasing images of the stove and would ask anyone with information about it or who has seen it for sale somewhere to please contact Dorset Police."
