MOTORISTS are being warned to expect delays after a crash near Claremont Farm.
Emergency services were called at around 8.30am today (Wednesday, February 6) to Brimstage Road nearby Claremont Farm following a crash involving a minibus, Skoda and Fiesta.
There are not believed to be any injuries but the road is partially blocked both ways.
Drivers are being urged to find alternative routes where possible and congestion is building up near the M53 sliproad.
