TRANMERE Rovers have signed Preston North End midfielder Ben Pringle on loan until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old midfielder will link up with Micky Mellon's side this week and could make his debut at Saturday's match at Mansfield Town.
Pringle, who has made more than 200 appearances as a professional, has represented clubs such as Premier League side Fulham and Championship duo Derby County and Rotherham United during his career so far, helping the latter win promotions from both League One and Two.
Manager Micky Mellon said: "I am really pleased we have signed Ben until the end of the season
"He is someone we have been watching for a while. He is an attacking player, left footed and can play in the wide areas.
"He is very experienced, has good quality and played plenty of games in the EFL."
