A WIRRAL man has appeared on 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?'.
Policeman Nicholas Gunatilleke featured on Thursday night's programme on ITV after winning the 'fastest finger first' round by putting words in the order that they are sung in the first verse of the UK National anthem.
He managed to get the order in just 3.74 seconds.
In the studio audience his wife Amber and two sons Michael and Josh came along to bring Nicholas some support.
Nicholas managed to get to the sixth question without using any lifelines.
In the end, he managed to walk away with £64,000 after using all his lifelines but could have won £125,000 after guessing the correct answer to host Jeremy Clarkson.
