A HOUSE fire in Bebington is believed to have started by a laptop on charge, the fire service have revealed.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were called at around 2.40pm on Saturday, October 27 following reports of a fire at a property on Heath Road.
Two fire engines attended and discovered the fire had started in a dining room.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used heavy pressure hose reels to extinguish the fire which is believed to have involved a laptop on charge.
No-one was injured.
Crews then carried out a Home Fire Safety Check before leaving the property at around 3.50pm.
