A WIRRAL housebuilder was handed a top award at this year's North West Property Awards (NWPAs).
Stewart Milne Homes received the Community Award after supporting 20 community groups, schools and volunteer organisations across the region - funding more than £10,000 of local projects in the process.
Some of the projects include a garden for staff and patients at Arrowe Park Hospital plus investment for a new eco lodge café at Woodchurch High School.
Sales and marketing director Eamonn McInerney said: “We are very proud to have received the Community Award at the NWPAs.
"It recognises the efforts of the team who work hard to ensure we make a lasting positive impact on the local communities around the sites we develop.
“The North West is a key growth area for us as a business.
"We are excited to be a part of it and create developments which foster a sense of community, taking a customer centric approach to building and selling homes.”
The annual awards recognise and celebrate excellence in the commercial and residential property sector across the whole of the North West.
