POLICE were called to a Wallasey bridge following a concern for the safety of a woman this morning.
Emergency services were called at around 6.35am today (Wednesday, October 10) to Mill Lane after reports of a woman on the bridge over the Wallasey tunnel approach.
At around 6.50am, the woman, believed to be in her 40s, was taken away from the scene for assessment.
