PAT PRICE 04.07.1946 - 29.09.2018 Passed away peacefully on September 29th in hospital. Much beloved wife, mother, granny, sister, sister-in-law, auntie, cousin and friend. Pat will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. A memorial service to be held at St Bridget's Church, West Kirby on October 19th at 1.45pm. Bright colours to be worn please.
