Police have closed the New Ferry By-Pass in both directions (Google Maps)
ROAD closures were in place following a crash on New Ferry By-Pass.
Emergency services were called to New Ferry By-Pass at around 2.10pm today (Tuesday, October 9) following reports that a car had crashed into a barrier.
No-one is believed to have been injured in the incident.
Drivers were urged to avoid the area as police closed the road in both directions to remove the vehicle.
