Better blood service
I TOTALLY disagree with J Dodd's letter in last week's Mailbox regarding the phlebotomy service.
As someone who takes Warfarin I have to have regular blood tests.
Being able to go to my local surgery at Brindle Road is much more convenient than having to travel to a hospital.
Older people without cars find it difficult to get to hospitals on public transport.
I for one praise Eastham Group Practice - my treatment couldn't be better.
