A WIRRAL man accused of squirting a noxious fluid in a man's left eye during a racially aggravated assault today denied the allegations.

Dennis Frederick Rich is alleged to have assaulted 50-year-old Paul James Bruce causing actual bodily harm in a racially aggravated attack in King Street, Seacombe on January 6 this year.

Rich, 45, of Vivian Avenue, Seacombe, pleaded not guilty at Liverpool Crown Court and was remanded on bail to await his trial beginning on March 12.
