I HAD a cataract operation in Arrowe Park Hospital on Tuesday, August 1 and I must praise ALL of the staff in Seal Ward.
From the receptionists on the front desk right through to theatre and recovery nurses.
I must mention Miss Alison Rowlands, such a wonderful and caring surgeon, she put me at ease as did the anaesthetist, the truly lovely Dr Holt (and Lola) and not forgetting Dave, (can't remember his job title) but he was the guy who took me down to theatre.
I'm pretty sure these people do not get much feedback, so maybe I'll start the ball rolling.
Thank you everybody (you know who you are) so much for your caring attitude.
Nothing was too much trouble and any questions were answered without hesitation.
I couldn't have wished for more.
Well done Arrowe Park!
