A Wirral woman has been banned from entering Asda, Iceland and Aldi stores in Birkenhead - and must immediately leave ANY shop in the borough when asked by staff.
Police say Christina Duggan, 44, has been given a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order barring her from the stores in Laird Street and Stanley Road.
If she breaches the order she will find herself facing magistrates.
In September Duggan, of Stanley Road, Birkenhead, was sentenced to ten weeks' imprisonment for theft from a shop, racially aggravated harassment and failing to surrender to police following an incident in May.
Duggan has conditions not to enter two exclusion zones and not to remain in any shop, commercial or business premises within Wirral when asked to leave by staff.
A CBO is designed to tackle the most serious and persistent anti-social individuals where their behaviour has brought them before a criminal court.
They were brought in to replace Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (Asbos) in 2014.
