Fire crews helped paramedics transport a man to safety after he toppled over on a mobility scooter in Wirral.
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service was called out to Melloncroft Drive in Caldy at 1.30pm.
The 45-year-old man was trapped underneath a mobility scooter after it had toppled over.
Crews helped paramedics transport the man to an ambulance on a spine board.
The man was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital for a precautionary check.
Two appliances from West Kirby and Heswall fire stations were called out and were there for just under an hour.
