VETS and zookeepers from Chester Zoo performed an ultrasound on one of Europe's largest snakes as part of an annual health check.
JF, a reticulated python, measures 23ft in length and weighs around 60kgs.
Zoo vet Steve Unwin and Cardiff Metropolitan University cardio expert Eric Stohr were ass-isted by a team of zookeepers as they carried out the can of the giant snake's heart.
JF, believed to be one of the biggest snakes in Europe, remained calm throughout the procedure which was considered a great successsssssssss.
