NINETIES chart-toppers The Backstreet Boys and Blue come to Liverpool later this year as part of their UK tour.

They will share the stage during Pop Across The Mersey at the city's Echo Arena on June 27.

Featuring Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson, Backstreet Boys have sold more than 130 million records worldwide.

Their hits included I Want It That Way, Everybody (Backstreets Back) and As Long As You Love Me.

Last year saw them release their eighth studio album, In A World Like This, which shot to number five in the US Billboard Charts.

Blue have sold more than 15 million albums worldwide with their first three studio albums reaching the number One slot.

They have also toured virtually every country in the world and performed live with the likes of Sir Elton John and Stevie Wonder.

Also appearing is Westlife's Kian Egan. Since being crowed King of the Jungle on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity at the end of last year, he released his debut solo album Home this month, which went straight into the top 10 on release.

Completing the line-up is Czech girlband 5Angels, who have sold more than half a million records in their home nation.

They've released their own karaoke DVDs and starred in the hit teen musical show Angels in Ostravia.

Since supporting Union J on their winter tour, the girls are back in the UK this summer with their catchy, upbeat and bubbly tunes.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, March 28 at 9am at www.aeglive.co.uk
