Registered Wirral voters will be asked to update their details.
WIRRAL residents who have been registered to vote by post or proxy for the last five years are being asked to update their details.
They will shortly receive a letter from Wirral Council, asking for an up-to-date sample of their signature.
Details will be stored securely and used to make sure that nobody else can use their postal or proxy vote.
