WILL Arrowe Park Hospital make up its mind regarding smoking?
The site is plastered with notices declaring it to be a non-smoking site, yet on Tuesday, November 21, I had occasion to attend the hospital and noticed that patients and others were still smoking outside the main entrance.
The hospital authorities must make up their minds, ban smoking in ALL AREAS without exception, provide strictly enforced smoking areas away from public places or abandon its present pretence of a non-smoking site altogether.
