I'D LIKE to thank all of your readers with children who got involved in this year's ChildLine Pedal Push!
Hundreds of children in the North West took part and raised over £15,700, which is brilliant!
We had a fantastic time taking part in Pedal Push this year. Children simply collected sponsors from among their friends and family, then cycled as many laps as they wished around a course at their nursery school or playgroup.
Everyday ChildLine answers calls from around 2,500 children. But the demand for ChildLine's service means hundreds more children each day are unable to get through. Every penny we raised from the 2006 Pedal Push will enable ChildLine ensure more child-ren reach the vital support, advice and protection our counsellors provide.
