Wild Goose Qigong, or Wild Goose Wellbeing Exercises, is a set of lovely movements from China, which are over 1500 years old. The aim is to promote health by improving flexibility, blood circulation, balance. It is calming and relaxing. I have been learning and practising for fourteen years, first with Dr Bingkun Hu, and in October last year, a group from the North West visited Wuhan in China, to study with Grand Master Chen Chuan Gang, the present inheritor of the system.
