Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Halfway House Hotel, 293 Woodchurch Road, Birkenhead, CH42 9QE applied to Metropolitan Borough of Wirral for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: I.To extend the terminal hour for sale of alcohol, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, films and late night refreshment to OhOOhrs the following day on Fridays and Saturdays. 2.To extend the opening hours to allow the premises to close at 0l:30hrs the following day on Friday and Saturday. 3.To add additional non-standard timings as detailed within the application submitted to the licensing authority. All other permitted hours and activities are to remain as existing. Further details can be viewed upon the application form submitted to the local authority.
