CHESHIRE WEST AHD CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL Bostock Road, Bell Lane and London Road (40/50MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that, on the 28th May 2018 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 29th October 2021.

The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from waiting/loading on the lengths of mad specified in the schedule.

SCHEDULE 1- 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT London Road - from a point 655 metres north of Bostock Road to its junction with Bostock Road Bostock Road - from its junction with London Road to its junction with the A54 Bell Lane - for its full extents

SCHEDULE 2- 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT Bostock Road - from its junction with the A533 to a point 655 metres north of its junction with London Road Bostock Road - from its junction with London Road to its junction with Road one

If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is

made, apply for the purpose to the High Court._

Access Road To Kingsmead School (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021 Notice is hereby given that, on the 26th October 2021 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 29th October 2021. The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from waiting/loading on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.

Schedule 1 (Prohibition of waiting at any time)

1. Access road to kingsmead school (north and easterly side) - from a point 10 metres east of its junction with Dukes Way for a distance of 41m in an easterly then southerly direction.



2. Access road to kingsmead school (south and westerly side) - from a point 10 metres east of its junction with Dukes Way for a distance of 28m in an easterly then southerly direction.

Notice is hereby given that, on the 26th October 2021 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 29th October 2021.

The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from waiting/loading on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.

Schedule 1 (Prohibition of waiting at any time)

1. Weaver Valley Road (west side) - from its junction with Wharton Park Road for its full extents



2. Weaver Valley Road (east side) - from its junction with Wharton Park Road to a point 15metres north of the access to Wickes



3. Weaver Valley Road (east side) - from a point 25m metres south of its junction with the southerly access to Coalport Drive to a point 25 metres north of its junction with the southerly access to Coalport Drive



4. Coalport Drive (northerly access, both sides) - from its junction with Weaver Valley Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction



5. Coalport Drive (southerly access, both sides) - from its junction with Weaver Valley Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction



6. Thrush Way (west side) - from its junction with Wharton Park Road to a point 36 metres north of its junction with Shaws Lane



7. Thrush Way (east side) - from its junction with Coalport Drive to a point 36 metres north of its junction with Shaws Lane.



Schedule 2 (Prohibition of loading)

1. Weaver Valley Road (west side) - from its junction with Wharton Park Road for its full extents



2. Weaver Valley Road (east side) - from its junction with Wharton Park Road to a point 15metres north of the access to Wickes



3. Weaver Valley Road (east side) - from a point 25m metres south of its junction with the southerly access to Coalport Drive to a point 25 metres north of its junction with the southerly access to Coalport Drive



4. Coalport Drive (northerly access, both sides) - from its junction with Weaver Valley Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction



5. Coalport Drive (southerly access, both sides) - from its junction with Weaver Valley Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction



6. Thrush Way (west side) - from its junction with Wharton Park Road to a point 36 metres north of its junction with Shaws Lane



7. Thrush Way (east side) - from its junction with Coalport Drive to a point 36 metres north of its junction with Shaws Lane.
